Refund Policy
The products provided by Oliana LLC offer 110% satisfaction guarantee. The clients can communicate via email the intent for refund which must be done within 90 days from the original date of order to qualify for the 110% refund. Shipping and handling charges are not included.
Upon receipt of the returned shipment, Oliana LLC has the option of cancellation of the credit card authorization or issuance of full refund in case the funds have been collected. Oliana LLC has sole discretion over the one-time refund per household policy determined through customer order data and IP address. Furthermore, Oliana LLC possesses the right to refuse a refund to anyone with suspicious intent of taking advantage of Oliana LLC's satisfaction guarantee on more than one attempt.
Oliana LLC carries full and complete liability on giving refund to its clients in accordance to the terms and restrictions set forth herein. An initial 90 day trial period is given to the client within which determination shall be made known whether the client decides to keep the product. Failure of notifying Oliana LLC during the trial/refund period shall be taken as a full, complete and final acceptance of the terms of the sale of its product.
Warranty and Guarantee
The product of Oliana LLC is sold at its present condition excluding any warranty or guarantee of any kind, expressed or implied. No warranty is involved as to merchantability or fitness for any specific purpose. The refund period described herein takes the absence of warranty period. Any conflict between sales or promotional materials and the ‘as is’ warranty shall be settled by the former’s dominance. The refund period is always longer than the warranty period should there be any.
Risk of Loss
All items purchased from Oliana LLC are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This basically means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

The product is subject for trial by the client within and until the refund period only. Dissatisfaction before the refund period expiration permits the client to request a refund from Oliana LLC subject to the rules and other relevant Terms and Conditions. The maximum amount of liability of Oliana LLC is the product’s purchase price regardless of the amount of damages claimed.
Rights for Discontinue of Sales or Customer Service
Oliana LLC contains the sole and absolute right to continue and/or discontinue the sale of its product at any time, for any reason, with or without notice, and subject only to the return policy stated herein.
